WALMART CANCELS big parts of ONLINE PRICE MATCH POLICY - THANKS TO PS4 SCAMMERS

Thanks to those dastardly PS4 SCAMMERS that everyone has heard about, walmart has drastically cut into their generous online price match policy.  There are several stipulations that they have changed that will significantly effect us EXTREME COUPONERS.

1) Price Matching, Limited to only the Online retailers listed below where before the manager had the option to match other retailers. 

2) Quantities now limited to one online price match per item per customer per day. 

3) Store manager has final decision on any online price match - they dont even have to honor it.

4) Third party or marketplace sellers for amazon no longer honored!

5) Walmart will not match walmart.com prices between thanksgiving & cyber monday

So Sad.  The days of huge discounts at the HOME DEPOT from either using competitor coupons or your military id are over.  Before you used to be able to bring a a Harbor Freight 25% off coupon or a Lowes 10% off coupon and save hundreds of dollars on your purchase.  The same thing happened when you whipped out your Military ID, yet now the POLICIES HAVE CHANGED.

Now when you go in with you military Id you can only get up to $50 off on orders up to $500.  So getting $300 - $400 off in one transaction is no longer going to happen.  This would now make you do seperate transactions at different times. Big Hassle if you ask me!!

The same thing applies to competitor coupons.

But there is a silver lining in all this commotion. Home Depot will still match local competitor prices and beat them.  " If you find a current lower price on an identical, in-stock item from any local retailer, we will match the price and beat it by 10%. Excludes special orders, bid pricing, volume discounts, open-box merchandise, labor and installation, sales tax, rebate and free offers, typographical errors and online purchases."

All in all Home Depot is still our favorite home improvement retailer to shop at yet the new policies just mean that my wife, son & I will be shopping there a little less.

CONFIRMED - NEW CVS COUPON POLICY FACTS - SAD DAY :o (

My wife and I consistently shop at about 6 of our local CVS pharmacies and we are always on the look out for small changes or discrepancies in their coupon policy.  We definitely know that in the world of EXTREME COUPONING even the smallest coupon policy changes can cost you thousands of dollars in savings!!  For families that are struggling to just get by this can make a huge difference.  Here are some of the latest changes we have seen that could really affect your pocket book today and for years to come.  There is a step by step breakdown in the video.

You can't use two of the same CVS coupons in one transaction.
You can't stack a coupon where it says to get a dollar amount off when spending a certain amount of money with another coupon that is not necessarily the same, but the same type of coupon. Like $4 of 15 on Shampoo, can no longer be combined with a $4 off 20 coupon if you only have $20 in merchandise!
And you can't use a 20% off CVS coupon for items that are buy one get one free or that have even a penny discount, watch out for cvs employee price modifiers.
